Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and multitasking will be key to elevating the atmosphere of our venue. We're looking for a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including serving at nightclubs, banquets, or catering events Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure situations while multitasking between serving drinks, handling cash, and maintaining cleanliness Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate order processing Previous experience with catering or large event service is a plus Nights and weekends are required Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your talents will shine!
