Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in the hospitality industry and are passionate about providing memorable experiences for our guests. Duties
- Greet and serve customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure that the bar area is running smoothly
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings
- Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a hotel or nightclub setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
