• Greet and serve customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Work effectively in a team environment to ensure that the bar area is running smoothly
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a hotel or nightclub setting
• Excellent customer service skills
