Job Description

Craft Exceptional Cocktails in a Dynamic Setting We are seeking experienced Bartenders to join our beverage team at The Pelican Room. You will be responsible for curating high-quality cocktails, maintaining a well-organized bar, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. A passion for hospitality and engaging guest interactions. Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and high service standards. Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
