Job Description
Pasta D'oro at The Jolly Onion is a rustic Italian restaurant with a modern twist, located in the heart of Pine Island NY. Our mission is to provide Pine Island and the surrounding areas with a classy, comfortable, and memorable dining experience for the whole family. We are currently seeking applicants for several positions as our busy restaurant continues to grow. Duties and Responsibilities for Bartender Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check identification to verify legal age requirements for bar customers Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks Assist restaurant in the development of seasonal cocktail menu Keep bar area clean, safe and organized Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons Comply with all food and beverage regulations Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Must have reliable transportation Must be able to stand/walk for several hours at a time, and must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
