Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on preferences Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Uphold responsible serving practices by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to alcohol service laws Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient order entry and cash handling Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience working in food industry settings like restaurants or retail environments involving food handling and serving Familiarity with food safety protocols, beverage presentation techniques, and responsible alcohol service laws Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through excellent time management skills Join us to bring your passion for bartending to life!
