Bartender

Ditch is a fast-growing coastal taco bar and surf-inspired restaurant known for fresh food, craft margaritas, and high-energy hospitality. We are currently hiring Bartenders and Servers to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and love creating great guest experiences, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive service to guests Take accurate food and drink orders Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine (bartenders) Deliver food and beverages efficiently Maintain a clean and organized service area Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team Follow all health and safety standards Requirements Previous restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and hospitality skills Weekend and evening availability required Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for bartenders) Ability to work at both Ditch locations (Bay Shore and Port Jefferson) is highly valued but not required Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Opportunity for growth within a growing restaurant group High-energy, team-focused work environment
