Server/Bartender

Overview Nino's Beach is hiring for the upcoming summer season. We are currently seeking servers and bartenders with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining establishments. This is a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant that requires great attention to detail while providing exceptional guest service. Please do not apply if you do not have the minimum experience requirement. Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, adhering to all food safety and alcohol serving regulations Use POS system to process orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations and dining spaces Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and anticipating needs Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with effective time management skills Support catering or banquet events by serving food and beverages in a professional manner Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Prior catering or banquet experience is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic role Join us to be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
