JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Job Functions:

Wash your hands when you arrive at work and throughout your shift Follow all required guidelines for PPE when required to wear and maintain a clean and sanitized uniform at all times. Maintains and stocks adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments, etc. Washes glasses and other serving equipment at bars Rotate wine and beer in large cooler Stock refrigerating units with wines, beer, replace beer kegs, etc. Replenish bar ice Clean and polish bar, counters, shelves, equipment, bar stools, etc. Prepare food items needed in preparation of drinks Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas Maintain personal health and sanitation standards Organize and Clean empty beer bottles daily

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space. Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs., including, but not limited to, lifting trays of food or food items on a regular and continuing basis. Understand and respond to employee and guest verbal requests and visual cues in a loud and extremely busy environment.

Minimum age requirement of 18 years Minimum 3 years+ of experience in a fine dining or high volume environment Must be able to stand and work 8 hour shifts Must be available to work weekends and holidays Customer service oriented attitude with strong hospitality skills Able to work flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred:

High School diploma or equivalent

Salary:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
