Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a high standard of service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the overall guest experience in our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS systems. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or special functions as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Qualifications Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending or hospitality role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience with cash registers and POS systems is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours such as nightlife or events at nightclubs. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
