Your expertise will help elevate our venue's reputation for quality drinks and outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage POS systems to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Handle cash processing, cashiering duties. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; assist in stock replenishment as needed. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple guests promptly while maintaining high-quality service. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety. Experience Proven experience working as a bartender. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Previous food service experience including serving, cashiering, or banquet work is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a restaurant environment. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail.
