• Part-time, Full-time Overview Bartenders are friendly, highly organized, and proactive professionals.

The bartender works directly with guests by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classic drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. They handle food orders directly from guests or the waitstaff and inform guests of specials. They ensure food and beverage compliance, restock bar inventory, create specialty cocktails, and manage the overall bar operations.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Greeting and communicating with guests, and making them feel welcome, cared for and relaxed.
• Working with Manager to create an innovative and fun cocktail list with quick-fire execution in mind.
• Energetic, confident, have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and practice good time management, must be able to work quickly in fast
• paced environment.
• Explains the menu in detail and takes guests' orders suggesting appropriate courses
• Manages the service of waters, bread and butter, and all food and beverages
• Discern guests' moods and accommodate their preferences and requests
• Is fully knowledgeable of the entire menu including raw products and preparation
• Completes all opening and closing side work
• Must be willing and able to complete any related or similar tasks assigned by their supervisor or manager
• To consistently improve and refine the skillset and knowledge of all resources, equipment, and product pertaining to the position
