Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service best practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
