Job Summary We're on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through expertly crafted drinks and friendly service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic bar environment. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about drinks, and accommodating special requests. Follow food safety management practices to ensure all beverages are prepared safely and responsibly. Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages or issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender or in a restaurant setting is mandatory. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and alcohol service regulations is mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic understanding of food safety management practices related to beverage preparation.
