Position Summary The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. Team members in this role may work throughout the taproom, including providing table service, assisting guests with the QR ordering system, preparing and serving beverages, processing orders and payments, and maintaining clean and organized guest and service areas. In a brewery and taproom environment, Server/Bartenders are expected to maintain strong knowledge of Wolf Hollow Brewing Company's beer, cocktail, food, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings and confidently guide guests through available styles, flavors, and selections. Core Responsibilities Greet every guest with friendly, professional, and attentive hospitality while creating an exceptional Wolf Hollow experience. Guide guests through the food, beer, cocktail, and beverage offerings, making knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, allergens, beer styles, seasonal offerings, and promotions. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Assist guests with placing orders and navigating the QR ordering system, entering orders into the POS when necessary. Accurately process orders, payments, and transactions while following all POS and cash-handling procedures. Monitor guests throughout their visit, anticipate needs, resolve concerns professionally, and involve management when appropriate. Deliver food and beverages accurately, maintain clean and organized tables, and provide timely table maintenance throughout the guest experience. Verify guest identification, monitor alcohol consumption, and follow all responsible alcohol-service policies and applicable laws. Maintain clean, organized, sanitary, and fully stocked bar and service areas, including proper care of glassware, draft systems, equipment, and service stations. Monitor inventory levels and promptly communicate product shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to management. Work collaboratively with all Front of House and Back of House team members to deliver efficient, seamless service. Complete all opening, running, and closing side work while following company policies and maintaining food safety, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety standards.
