Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring each guest experiences exceptional service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend beverages accordingly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and register reconciliation Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with fine dining or casual dining experience preferred Demonstrated knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine selection, spirits expertise, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously Experience in food service operations including food safety practices and serving food alongside beverages Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks and service!
