Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Part-Time Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment, taking and serving orders, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in food and beverage service, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Mix and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs and inquiries with professionalism. Manage cash handling, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions when required. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Experience in serving, bartending, catering, or hospitality roles is advantageous. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed in a fast-paced environment.
