The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry and natural wine. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Stay updated on current drink trends, seasonal offerings, and menu changes. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or retail industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of Natural wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a nightclub or restaurant setting. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banquet service is a plus.
