Lead Bartender

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Experience in food service or the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Proficient in retail math for managing transactions and inventory. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Sales skills to promote menu items and enhance guest experiences through upselling techniques. Experience in catering events is a plus but not required.
