Restaurant & Banquet Bartender

The Inn at Taughannock Falls is a luxury event center located in Trumansburg, NY with a beautiful outdoor garden known as Enchantment. This acre hardscape is the premier wedding venue in the finger lakes with a 42' outdoor bar, multiple fire features, and an embedded modern sound and light system. Inside the Victorian Inn we have a gorgeous lakeview casual fine dining restaurant. This space is open Thursday through Monday when we are in-season and has 180 degree window views of Cayuga Lake.

Responsibilities:

Verify identification and age requirements of customers Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment from customers Clean glasses and bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Shifts are available for regular work inside the fine dining restaurant as well as more part-time work in the event garden. Must know availability for event garden dates at the time of hire. Cross-training in both locations is provided. Client and guest tips apply to both positions.
