We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to patrons, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
• Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders promptly

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bartending and mixing drinks
• Familiarity with Heartland POS system or similar
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote products
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
