Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the guest experience, providing exceptional service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our guests, whether they're enjoying a fine dining experience, celebrating a special occasion, or unwinding at a lively nightclub. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving change Assist with food handling, serving, catering setups, and banquet events Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Qualifications Five years experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell menu items effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and tab management Experience in catering or large event service is a plus Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
