In this lively role, you'll craft a variety of cocktails, serve beverages with flair, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your vibrant personality, will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and grow within the hospitality industry. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of specialty drinks and menu items. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Handle cash processing, perform basic math calculations for transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service standards. Experience in beverage recipe development and an understanding of food safety practices.
