They are expected to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests through friendly, attentive, and efficient service. It should be the goal for each bartender to provide such exceptional service that the guest will choose to return to our establishment. To provide great service, each bartender must prioritize the duties and responsibilities listed below:

• Anticipate and comply with guest needs
• Provide fast, friendly service
• Follow company standard drink recipes using proper technique
• Provide thoughtful food and beverage suggestions
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Skills Proven restaurant serving and bartending experience Hands-on experience in cashier duties Attention to cleanliness and safety Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy This position requires week-day availability starting at 3pm.
