DLV Hamptons Management LLC Dune Deck Beach Club is seeking seasonal Bartender to join the Food & Beverage - Service Department. This role is available May 1, 2026 - October 7th, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Key Responsibilities Bartender will execute craft cocktails and continuously create and present new ideas to management. Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff. Greet all guests and members promptly and politely, and by name whenever possible. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar/ bar storage areas at all times. Execute cocktail recipes and demonstrate ability to follow recipes for syrups and all house-made ingredients. Enter all transactions accordingly into point-of-sale system and issue accurate checks to members and guests. Display extensive knowledge of all beverages and ingredients, as well as recommendations for pairings of food. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine and ability to make recommendations from the club wine list. Demonstrate sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions. Qualifications Twelve (12) months of front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs. Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length. Required to read, write, speak, and understand English. Required to work indoors and outdoors. Required to stand, walk, and move for a period of greater than four (4) hours. Required to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull. May be required to lift and carry items that are sometimes greater than 50 pounds. Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer. Additional Requirements Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
Benefits Pay Range:
$30.75 - $33.50 USD per hour; based on experience Employee Meals, Referral Incentives, and Recognition Programs Optional housing is offered through a separate rental company for those outside of a commutable distance. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $100.00 - $150.00 per week for a shared room. Employer will not deduct for rent; rent will be paid directly to a separate company via electronic payment, no cash.
