Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional beverage service, engaging conversation, and a keen eye for detail. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business. Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash and card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate with management about stock needs. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively without compromising quality or safety.
