About Us Station 300 Akron is a high-energy family entertainment center with bowling, arcade games, food & beverage service, and events. Our kitchen team plays a key role in delivering fast, delicious meals to guests enjoying leagues, parties, and walk-in dining. Position Overview We're hiring a dependable and motivated Snack Bar Attendant to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, follow food safety standards, and take pride in preparing quality food consistently. Must-Have Requirements (Please apply only if you meet these) Experience in food service, or have an eagerness to learn. Ability to work nights and weekends is required. Knowledge or able to learn safe food handling and sanitation practices Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs Reliability and strong attention to detail Nice-to-Have (Not Required) Experience in food service Familiarity with fryers, flat tops, ovens, and standard kitchen equipment Experience in entertainment or bowling center kitchens Key Responsibilities Kitchen Operations Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines Cook menu items on the line during busy periods, including fry, grill, and prep stations Ensure food quality, portion accuracy, and consistent ticket times Food Safety & Cleanliness Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift Properly store food, label items, rotate stock, and assist with closing tasks Teamwork & Communication Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service Communicate effectively during peak times to manage ticket flow Assist with prep work, restocking, and other kitchen tasks as assigned Benefits Employee meal and bowling discounts Flexible scheduling Fun, fast-paced entertainment environment Growth opportunities Work Location In person — Station 300
