We're seeking energetic professionals with a minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage service, ideally with 2-5 years at your last position. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, delivering memorable guest experiences through attentive service, expert drink mixing, and efficient order management. Your culinary knowledge, combined with your ability to upsell and create a welcoming atmosphere, will contribute to our lively dining environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros, processing all sales transactions efficiently Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options while maintaining proper drink presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar stations and dining spaces Assist with food handling, food preparation support when needed, and bussing tables to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Skills Proven experience as a restaurant server and bartender with at least two years in each role; 2-5 years at your last job preferred Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing Strong cocktail mixing skills along with spirits knowledge; experience with wine pairing is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment!
