$5.50/hr
Average Tips:
$10.00+/hr (on the shifts being filled)
Total Expected Take-Home:
$15.50+ per hour
The Job:
We are a pizza lounge and botanical beverage bar gearing up for a major growth phase. Before we launch new marketing, I need a reliable right-hand person to lock down the front of house and assist the kitchen. This role requires someone who stays productive—when it is not busy with customers, the priority shifts immediately to deep cleaning and prep work.
What You'll Do:
Bartending & Serving:
Take orders, pour botanical draft beverages, and serve food to guests.
Heavy Cleaning:
This is a major part of the job. Keep the floor, bar, and prep areas spotless at all times.
Kitchen Prep:
Assist the head pizza maker with light food and ingredient prep.
Customer Service:
Provide a straightforward, excellent experience for guests.
What You Need:
Absolute reliability and punctuality. A proactive mindset—if there are no tickets, you are cleaning or prepping. Ability to learn our specific menu, including botanical drinks and craft sodas. A straightforward, hard-working attitude.
