Key Responsibilities Drink Preparation:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, efficiency, and creativity.

Guest Engagement:

Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure their satisfaction.

Innovative Mixology:

Create unique and innovative cocktails while adhering to our established recipes and quality standards.

Inventory Management:

Maintain a well-stocked bar by monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.

Equipment Maintenance:

Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure the safety of guests.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Bar Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized bar area and assist with general cleaning duties as required. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is required. Excellent knowledge of mixology and a strong foundation in classic and contemporary cocktail recipes. Ability to create unique and innovative cocktails using fresh ingredients. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal drinking age restrictions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be at least 21 years old. Possession of a valid alcohol service certification is a bonus.
