Duties Prepare and cook grilled items with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for various menu items Follow established recipes and menu guidelines to maintain flavor standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations Support kitchen staff during busy service times, ensuring timely meal delivery Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and sanitation procedures Contribute to menu planning efforts by suggesting new ideas based on culinary trends and guest preferences Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within restaurants or the food industry Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Background in catering environments is highly desirable Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us as a Grill Cook/Prep Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
