Full Job Description Pay:

As a Bartender, you will be an essential part of creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere for our guests. Your role will involve not only serving refreshments but also ensuring our patrons feel valued, respected, and well cared for. Sell refreshment and concession items to theater patrons with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring each guest receives personalized, efficient service.

Accurate Record Keeping:

Complete all written forms, counts, inventories, and reports accurately, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of accountability.

Product Presentation:

Stock and display products in an organized, visually appealing manner, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace that meets Driftwood Concessions' high standards.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep your working area—including the bar, counters, back bar, and coolers—clean and organized before, during, and after each event to ensure a positive environment for both guests and team members.

Specialized Service:

Provide outstanding food and beverage service in the RJF Club and Boxholders' Lounge, contributing to a premium experience for our guests.

Compliance and Safety:

Maintain your ServSafe Alcohol Certification and adhere to all relevant regulations and safety protocols. At Driftwood Concessions, we believe that our people make all the difference. Requirements:

Outgoing, people-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and team members in a warm, professional manner. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. A commitment to excellence in service and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
