BARTENDER CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

(But not limited to) Mix drinks using our extensive range of ingredients; ensure each drink is made based on the standard serving size Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe and clean environment Take food and beverage orders from customers and deliver them as requested, paying close attention to detail Monitor all patrons for alcohol intake to appropriate levels and attempt to curtail any inappropriate behavior Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties in accordance with FR policy and recent

guidelines Maintain professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times. Assist in a full team effort Our ideal bartending candidate will have: Strong communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food service regulations Knowledge of relevant technologies, such as POS systems Organization skills; ability to be organized in a changing environment. Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor at all times. Ability to stand for long hours. Ability to reach, bend, squat and lift while on the shift.
