Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender and Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments efficiently Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Monitor guest satisfaction continuously and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders effectively during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math for sales transactions Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixology is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
