Your expertise in food safety, beverage presentation, and efficient service will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about ingredients, and enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in retail math and cash handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or special events like banquets or nightclub gatherings. Experience Prior experience working as a Mixologist or bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining quality standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele in a welcoming manner. Knowledge of food handling, food safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience in catering or food industry roles that require multitasking across food service, retail math, and cash handling. Familiarity with brewing techniques or beverage creation is a plus for those interested in expanding their mixology expertise.
