Job Description
Knucklehead's Kafe is a bar/restaurant offering great service, food and ambiance. Located in historic Grand Rapids, we cater for lunch and dinner and are fully licensed.
We offer great rates of pay and a professional, fun and safe working environment.
Duties & Responsibilities. We are seeking a qualified Waiter or Waitress to join our small professional team of wait staff. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be responsible for setting up tables, delivering food and beverages, ensuring areas are clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and restaurant set up.
Meeting and greeting guests. Taking orders. Using POS machines for bill payments. Clearing tables. Packing take-away orders.
Education, Qualifications and Experience.
A minimum of two years experience as a server. Exceptional communication skills and great customer service skills. A positive, punctual and professional approach. Excellent floor craft. Superior food and beverage knowledge. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to juggle ten things at once. Immaculate personal grooming and presentation. A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile!
