Bartender Server

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate drink and food orders using Aloha POS. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety and quality standards. Provide attentive table service by delivering food and drinks promptly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Engage with guests to promote specials or upsell menu items confidently, boosting sales while enhancing guest satisfaction. Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, bartending experience is non negotiable. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Weekend availability is a must.
