Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Operate cash register and handle payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables
• Restock bar supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Experience:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
• Knowledge of cash register operations and basic math skills
• Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to upsell drink specials or promotions
• Understanding of food industry regulations and best practices for food handling
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong hospitality skills, including the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
