Lebanon Brewing Company Barback Job Description:

The Lebanon Brewing Company is looking for hard working and dependable individuals. Our barbacks will strive to create an outstanding guest experience through maintaining a clean and organized taproom operation, assisting guests, and facilitating business operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and drive for success with the ability to be a dependable team player.

Primary Barback Responsibilities:

• Support Taproom Operations by collecting glassware, keeping tables clean and clear Wash and sanitize glassware and equipment
• Maintain a clean bar, taproom, outdoor seating area and restrooms, keep workstations and product storage organized
• Empty Trash cans, spot clean taproom during service
• Assisting in closing work after service
• Other general operational responsibilities

Experience and Education:

• Experience appreciated, but we will train hard working and dependable individuals

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have the ability to work 6-8 hours in a fast-paces environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Environmental Conditions:

The employee is subject to inside and/or outside environmental conditions but with none present to the extent of being undesirable.

• Must have the ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary.
• Barbacks must be 18 years of age or older with dependable transportation.

Compensation:

• Barbacks will start with a base pay of $15/hour plus a tip-out
