In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while preparing and serving food and beverages with enthusiasm. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a positive attitude, and create memorable experiences will be key to your success. This position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality shine through every interaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during shifts, including catering or banquet events if applicable Engage with guests to promote sales, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed environment such as a nightclub or bar setting Familiarity with food industry standards including catering, food service, and hospitality practices Basic understanding of brewing processes or beverage preparation is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
