Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver outstanding hospitality and execute the Five Star Experience in every guest interaction Oversee daily operations, including shift management, staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth service flow during high-volume periods Manage events and private bookings, from planning and coordination to on-site execution for parties, catering, or special gatherings Handle daily programming, including specials, promotions, menu highlights, and any entertainment or themed elements to enhance the guest experience Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and brand standards in all front-of-house areas Train, coach, and develop team members with a focus on growth, positivity, and accountability Monitor and drive key metrics: guest satisfaction, speed of service, upsell opportunities, and team performance Resolve guest issues with empathy and professionalism, turning potential negatives into loyal fans Collaborate with kitchen and management on seamless operations and continuous improvement Qualifications Proven leadership experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining (pizza or full-service preferred) Strong passion for hospitality, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills Self-motivated with a servant-leadership approach and "owner's mindset" Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (our busiest times!)
