What You'll Do:

Make drinks quickly and consistently (beer, shots, and simple cocktails) Provide friendly, down-to-earth service to regulars and new customers Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly Handle cash and tabs accurately Stay aware of your environment and help maintain a safe, respectful atmosphere Jump in where needed—this is a team-first environment

What We're Looking For:

Bartending experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure Dependable and shows up on time—this is non-negotiable Good attitude and thick skin (it's a dive bar, not a cocktail lounge) Comfortable handling busy shifts and late nights Must be 21+

Bonus If You:

Know your regulars by name (or are willing to learn fast) Can keep things fun while staying in control of the room Have worked in high-volume or dive bar settings before

Schedule:

Nights and weekends required Flexible scheduling, but reliability is key
