JOB SUMMARY
The bartenders of Factory 52 have a lot of ground to cover, whether it be working at the cocktail bar at the heart of the food hall, According to Hoyle or manning the various popup bars located throughout the Factory 52 campus. You should be knowledgeable, well versed in all things spirited, with the personality to match.
SALARY & EXPECTED HOURS
The base pay for this position will be $10 an hour plus any tips earned during your shift. Any staff working on average 32 hours a week consistently will have access to a robust benefits package including health insurance, vision and dental, as well as a reasonable work/life balance. The anticipated workload is not to exceed 40 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to take and deliver a customers order promptly and with ease Keep bar area clean and inviting Maintain inventory levels in and around the bar Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate seating areas Bus and clean and bartop and tables left from previous guests Open and/or close the bar to the Factory 52 standards Comply with health and safety regulations Proper execution of menu items, not only by yourself but accompanying staff Maintain a level of cleanliness and organizational detail throughout the workplace to Factory 52 standards. Monitor guest perception and satisfaction. Keep up to date on all new products, menu items or happenings within the Factory 52 space Daily prep to meet pars for the current menu Restocking coolers to maintain inventory
SPECIFIC EXPECATIONS HOURS
Work approximately 20-30 hours a week (subject to change based on projects). Work bar shifts (2-3/week) plus help pick up and train when necessary. Willing to grow into more potential hours as we grow the hall. Track all hours on
POS PREP
Setup each shift for success in regards to daily prep guidelines Restocking of package products to maintain inventory Communicating upcoming potential shortfalls
TRAINING
Bartending an international food hall means constantly learning and growing your palate, participation in individual and group educations is required Participation in seasonal menu changes Constant communication in regards to unique ideas and concepts to explore
MARKETING
You are an ambassador for Factory 52, and Norwood, OH and have a respect for the hospitality industry as a whole Promotion of not only yourself, but fellow tenants on social media Knowledgeable about all of the campus events, and can speak towards their execution and potential growth ABOUT Factory 52 Modeled after some of the country's most beloved food and dining destinations, the new Factory 52 mixed-use community currently underway. Housed in the 120-year old former campus for the US Playing Card Company, like much of Norwood, Factory 52 embodies the past and present. It is a place for gathering, celebrating and exploring what is known and loved by the Southern Ohio region. Factory 52 is a curated community of celebrated local and regional culinary concepts and rising chefs each recognized for their individuality, creativity and talent. An attractive mix of cuisines suited to excite appetites at all hours, guests will be delighted by the mix of familiar favorites and first-to-market menus alike.
