Barn Help Wanted - Private Horse Farm in Novelty, OH We're looking for reliable, experienced barn help for our quiet private farm with 4 well-behaved horses.

Shifts & Pay:

Weekday mornings (Mon-Fri): $50 per shift, about 2-3 hours Early evenings & some weekend evenings: $40 per shift, about 1.5-2 hours Days and times are flexible, and you don't need to cover every shift. We're happy to split shifts among a few people, so it's a great fit for students, retirees, or anyone looking for a few extra hours.

Extra hours available:

Additional paid work at an hourly rate for miscellaneous farm projects such as mowing pastures, painting fence posts, and cleaning stall fronts. This is a W-2 position (paid as an employee, with taxes withheld).

Duties include:

Mucking stalls Feeding the horses Setting out hay for each horse for the next feeding Setting out grain for the next feeding Scrubbing and refilling water buckets Sweeping the aisle-way General barn upkeep

Requirements:

Horse experience required (comfortable handling horses on your own) Dependable and on time Own transportation

Novelty, OH Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
