Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality each time Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and safety protocols Assist in setting up for special events such as banquets or nightclub nights, providing excellent catering and food service support Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts, demonstrating strong time management skills Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred; restaurant or food industry experience is highly valued Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; knowledge of brewing processes is a plus Previous retail math or hospitality experience that demonstrates strong math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Join us as a vital part of our dynamic team!
