Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems, and providing personalized recommendations. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments swiftly using POS systems. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment in various settings such as nightclubs, banquet events, or catering functions. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting. Previous experience in brewing or beverage preparation is a plus; certification in food safety is desirable but not mandatory.
