Bartender/Waitress

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment, taking and serving orders, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, excellent time management skills, and experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Previous experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. This position offers an engaging work environment where hospitality and sales skills are valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and take their beverage and food orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve drinks and food promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing recommendations when needed Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle cash handling and cashiering accurately using retail math skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing transactions efficiently Experience with serving, catering, or banquet operations is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous hospitality or brewing experience is beneficial Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure Join our team to deliver memorable experiences in a vibrant setting where your hospitality expertise can shine!
