Full Time Summary:
This position is located in the Food & Beverage department under the direction of the Beverage Manager. Primarily responsible for stocking/maintaining bars and beverage stations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to all internal and external customers. 2. Responsible for maintaining bar/beverage stations PAR levels, to include but not limited to glassware, paper products, and as specified by management. 3. Comply with all Oklahoma State Liquor (ABLE Commission) laws and any applicable MNGE laws. 4. Responsible for stocking and cleanliness of bars/beverage stations and storage areas. 5. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and completing all side duties. 6. Additional duties as assigned. #ind1 EDUCATION Ability to read, write and understand English. High School or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks. Previous experience in bar operations is preferred.
