Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations and company policies on serving alcohol. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or catering events. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with food handling and food safety protocols is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize service during peak hours without compromising quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and accurate order processing. Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing and mixing cocktails; knowledge of food industry standards is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions.
