Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and providing outstanding customer service. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclubbing or banquet events. Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during catering events or large parties. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, brewing processes, and alcohol service regulations.
