Responsibilities Keep the bar area spotless by regularly cleaning glassware, utensils, and surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Restock bar supplies including liquor bottles, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Support bartenders by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and managing waste to maintain an inviting atmosphere. Help with food handling and catering setups for events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly valued. Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel food service provides a strong foundation for this role. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and catering operations is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and delivering excellent customer service.
